Packaging Machine Automation is designed to manage production steps on packaging, filling, cutting, folding, flexographic printing, rotogravure, and lamination machines in a more stable, traceable, and operator-friendly manner. The system architecture is planned according to the machine’s mechanical structure, process sequence, speed requirements, and safety conditions.

Within this scope, OFS Automation integrates functions such as product flow control, edge control, tension control, servo positioning, speed synchronization, and operator panel management using a PLC, HMI, drive, servo, and sensor infrastructure. The goal is to increase production continuity, reduce the risk of errors, and make maintenance and commissioning processes more controlled.
