PDF Döküman Get a QuoteThe web guide system uses a combination of sensors, a control unit, and an actuator/mechanical guidance structure to prevent roll material from drifting left or right on the production line. This reduces waste, improves winding quality, and ensures more stable operation of the printing/laminating/cutting line.
The system can operate using optical, ultrasonic, or color sensors depending on the material type. The roll, slide, roller, or guiding mechanism is moved according to the machine’s design to keep the product edge in the target position.
